Front office staff is available 7:00 am to 2:15 pm and 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Front Office is closed from 2:15-3:00 for dismissal (see below).

• We are closed from 2:15-3:00 for dismissal.  

• Phones will be on night service during this time.  If you cannot pick your child up on time, they will automatically go to Extended Day.  

• Early dismissals need to be conducted before 2:15.

• If you must come on campus after school is dismissed, you may wait in the pavilion or parking lot until the end of dismissal.

• PK- 10:45 am, grades K - 4- 11:35 am, and grades 5 - 8- 11:45 am. 
• These dates are listed on your school calendar.  
• After school services are not available on early dismissal days. Families will be charged twice the daily Extended Day rate if we must call the office after carline is complete to collect your student(s).
• We do not have extended day or wraparound for PK on early dismissal days.  If you have a PK student and an older child, you must pick up your PK at 10:45 and get back in line for your older child.  
  
  

The decision to declare an emergency closing due to inclement weather will be made by the Superintendent of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of St. Augustine. The superintendent will remain in constant contact with the county’s emergency services to determine the safest course of action for all the schools.  When a decision is made to close the school, you will be notified by email and through our Parent Alert System.  Updates on closing and re-openings will be on the diocesan website as well.
