Children entering Kindergarten must be 5 years old before September 1. Children entering first grade must be 6 years old before September 1 and must be able to document completion of Kindergarten. (Florida Statue 232.04).
All students are required to have the appropriate immunization and school entry health forms in their school files.
Florida state law also requires that immunizations must be up to date before the start of school. School Physicals must be less than a year old.
The Diocese of St. Augustine does not recognize any immunization exemptions, including those based on religious grounds.
Annunciation Catholic School has an open admission policy.
